ROGER VOYAGER WARRANTY POLICY | 3 X 6 WARRANTY PLAN

WE PROVIDE DIFFERENT WARRANTY POLICIES FOR DIFFERENT PRODUCTS

At Roger Voyager, we prioritize your satisfaction and aim to deliver the highest level of customer service. To ensure clarity, please thoroughly review the following warranty information. Manufacturer's Warranty Coverage: For all off-road products, including ATV's, UTV's, buggies, go-karts, and dirt bikes, the manufacturer's warranty covers parts and engine as follows:

  • Parts Warranty: 3 months
  • Engine Warranty: 6 months

Roger Voyager will provide new or rebuilt replacement parts for defective parts for a period of 3 months and defective engines for 6 months from the date of purchase at no charge. Basic repair and setup skills are recommended, and our tech support hotline is available to assist you.

Limited Warranty Coverage: This limited warranty covers specific parts only:

  • Engine
  • Engine Case
  • Drive System
  • Fuel System
  • Electrical
  • Cooling System
  • Brakes
  • Chassis
  • Transmission (Automatic or Standard)

Please note that the coverage is contingent on the mechanical failure of internal lubricated components listed in each category.

What Is Not Covered: The warranty policy does not cover the following items:

  • Batteries
  • Belts
  • Brakes and Brake Pads
  • Chains
  • Clutch
  • Foot Peg Mount
  • Hand Levers
  • Hoses
  • Lights
  • Mirrors
  • Plastic Body
  • Seats
  • Shocks
  • Spark Plugs
  • Tires
  • Transmission

Coverage and Limitations:

  • Initial assembly must follow the provided Consumer Motor Vehicle Delivery Preparation and Inspection Form.
  • All work must be performed by a professional mechanic or an authorized dealer to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
  • Roger Voyager agrees to replace covered components if failure occurs within the stated warranty period under specified conditions.
  • Off-road units are built for recreational use only, and claims may be denied under certain circumstances, such as misuse, abuse, racing, or improper maintenance.

Handling of Warranty Claims:

  • Parts: All parts warranty issues must be processed through support@rogervoyager.com. Include your original invoice and Consumer Motor Vehicle Delivery Preparation and Inspection Form.
  • Engines: Engine warranty issues must be processed through Roger Voyager or the manufacturer. After obtaining an RMA number, the motor must be safely packaged and shipped to our repair facility.

Roger Voyager reserves the right to decline claims based on specified criteria.
