Return and Refund Policy
30-Day Return Policy:
Our return and refund policy is in effect for 30 days from the date of your purchase for most of our products. Beyond this period, we regret that we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns:
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging.
If the product is defective upon delivery, we will shoulder the return shipping cost and offer you a full refund.
If the product is not defective, you will need to shoulder the return shipping cost. Depending on the condition of the product received and the total cost of our inventory, we may charge up to 25% restocking fee.

Kindly email us a proof of purchase for your item and check the conditions of the vehicle before you send it to our warehouse. We will appreciate it if you can state your reason for the refund so we can continuously improve.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a virtual printable return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Most of our products will have at least 1-year warranty from the manufacturer. For product-specific warranty information, please read the product description.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
